Privacy Policy


eDerm Systems, LLC, and its affiliates (collectively, “eDerm Systems”) believe that privacy is important in establishing strong relationships with our physicians and patients. This Privacy Policy discloses eDerm Systems’ privacy practices for information we collect from you when you visit and interact with eDerm Systems’ websites, mobile applications and other online services (including our cloud-based practice management and revenue cycle management applications) (collectively, the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy outlines the information eDerm Systems describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, sharing and protection of your personal information. You accept the terms of this Privacy Policy when you access our Site. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Collection of Your Information

eDerm Systems may collect information from you when you (i) access our Site and/or (ii) sign up for or request certain services from us through our Site. eDerm Systems only collects the information you voluntarily provide to us when you access and use our Site.

The information we may collect on the Site includes personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. Further, our servers may automatically collect your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, and your access times.

eDerm Systems may use your information in the following ways: (i) provide you with your requested services, (ii) communicate with you, and/or (iii) increase the efficiency and operation of our Site.

eDerm Systems exercises great care to protect your personal information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls and encryption. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Accordingly, we limit eDerm Systems’s employees and contractors access to personal information. Only those employees and contractors with a specific business reason have access to this personal information. We educate our employees about the importance of maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

We review our security arrangements from time to time as we deem appropriate.

Please be aware that despite our commercially reasonable efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, eDerm Systems cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make periodic updates and revisions to the Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on the Site. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. Please check the Site to review whether any changes have been made to the Privacy Policy.
